Two numbers matter. Season ROI decides the leaderboard and the prizes. Battle Points decide your tier. Every chapter below is a scene you drive with your own scroll.
01Getting started
BATTLE is a ranked mode on top of the trading you already do. Connect the wallet you trade with and sign a free message to prove you own it. Signing is not a transaction: no gas, no deposit, no approvals.
Then trade wherever you want on Robinhood Chain: Pons, Uniswap, any router or bot that executes from your wallet. BATTLE's indexer reads your swaps straight from the chain and scores every closed position in ETH.
Only trades made after you enter the season count. Smart-contract wallets can sign in (ERC-1271), but v1 scoring follows transactions sent by the wallet itself.
02Season ROI
Everything is measured in ETH. Each buy is its own lot at what it cost; each sell closes the oldest lots first and realizes profit or loss on them. What is still open counts at the lower of cost or market: an open loss comes off right away, an open gain counts once you sell. Gas is subtracted.
A Pons sale's gain counts at the price that held for 10 minutes after it, so a close shows its final result about that much later: a pump dumped right after your sale is no gain.
ROI = ( realized + open losses − gas ) ÷ max( peak capital, minimum )
Peak capital is the most ETH you had to bring yourself at any moment during the season: open cost basis, minus profits already realized (which fund new positions), plus losses and gas. Using the peak instead of your final balance means recycling the same ETH through many trades doesn't fake a bigger return, and ROI can never fall below −100%. The minimum-capital floor (0.02 ETH this season) stops dust wallets from printing absurd percentages.
- 01Every buy is capitalEach buy stacks onto your cost basis as its own lot, at what it cost. The column on the left is the ETH you had to bring yourself.
- 02A sell realizes a sliceSelling closes the oldest lots first: their cost returns to the column and the difference is profit or loss. Realized PnL is a signed sum: the third close here is red.
- 03Open gains waitWhat is still open counts at the lower of cost or market: a losing position costs you now, a winning one counts once you sell it. A price someone can push around can't lift your ROI. Gas comes off the bottom.
- 04Divided by the peakThe denominator is the most ETH you ever had deployed at once, not the balance you ended with — and never less than the season's minimum capital.
- 05Recycling is volumeRun the same ETH round and round: your trade count and volume climb, and the denominator does not move. Turnover cannot fake a return.
- 06The floorYou can only lose what you brought, so the worst possible season is exactly −100%. The needle has a stop.
03Eligibility
Prizes have a bar to clear. It is not about how well you trade — it is about having traded enough, with enough of your own capital, for the result to mean something.
Traders below the thresholds still earn Battle Points and appear on the board as unranked, but can't win prizes.
- 01BATTLE tokenA season may require holding BATTLE tokens, checked once when you enter. When it does not, this gate stands open, and the scene says so.
- 02Closed tradesThe next gate counts closed positions. Open positions are scored for ROI, but they do not open this gate.
- 03CapitalThe last gate is the peak ETH you had deployed — the same number that is the ROI denominator.
- 04RankedPast all three you are ranked: you appear in the standings and you can win a share of the pool.
- 05The other laneMiss a gate and you are unranked, not excluded. You still earn Battle Points and climb tiers; you just cannot take prize money.
- BATTLE token0held to enterSeasons can require holding BATTLE tokens to enter, checked once when you join. It keeps sybil farms expensive; zero means this season does not.
- Closed trades3closedClosed positions needed in the season. Open positions count toward your ROI, not toward this gate.
- Capital0.02eth at peakThe same peak figure that is the ROI denominator, so one number decides both.
04Battle Points
Every closed trade is a match. The return on the slice you sold decides whether it's a win, a loss or a scratch, and how many points move. Points decide your tier, not your leaderboard position.
At the start of a new season you keep 35% of your points, so veterans start ahead but nobody is locked out.
- 01The axesReturn on the slice you sold across the bottom, Battle Points up the side: 35 down, 50 up.
- 02The curveThis is the scoring function itself, sampled. A loss bottoms out at −50%; a win plateaus at +50, which a 2× close already earns.
- 03Three real closesEach trade lands on its exact coordinate and its points fly into the tier bar. Cross a threshold and the promotion fires on the spot — or the demotion.
- 04StreaksWin three in a row and the third earns +3 BP on top; every win after that adds another +3, until the bonus caps at +15. The seventh straight win hits the ceiling.
- 05The gatesCloses under 0.005 ETH score nothing, and only 25 trades a day can earn points at all.
- 06Carry-overA new season starts you at 35% of your points: veterans start ahead, nobody is locked out.
05Tiers
Six tiers, from Bronze to Master. Each tier below Master has three divisions: III → II → I, each a third of the way to the next tier. Cross a threshold and you're promoted on the spot; lose points and you can drop back.
Master starts at 3,600 BP and has no divisions. Rank-ups are announced to the whole arena.
- 01BronzeBronze opens at 0 BP, and its three divisions (III → II → I) are each a third of the way to Silver.
- 02SilverSilver opens at 400 BP, and its three divisions (III → II → I) are each a third of the way to Gold.
- 03GoldGold opens at 900 BP, and its three divisions (III → II → I) are each a third of the way to Platinum.
- 04PlatinumPlatinum opens at 1,600 BP, and its three divisions (III → II → I) are each a third of the way to Diamond.
- 05DiamondDiamond opens at 2,500 BP, and its three divisions (III → II → I) are each a third of the way to Master.
- 06MasterMaster starts at 3,600 BP and has no divisions — the ring just loops every 500 points.
- 07The whole ladderSix tiers, sixteen steps. A new season carries 35% of your points back down the ladder with you.
06Prize pool
Pre-launch week. The BATTLE token can launch on Pons at any moment. Ranked is live now: trade with your own wallet, climb the ladder, win and lose Battle Points.
How the pool works when the token is live: it is funded by the creator fees of the BATTLE token on Pons. Those fees accumulate in the Pons fee escrow for the dev wallet and are shown on the site. When a season ends, standings freeze, the dev wallet claims the fees and pays the top 10 directly in ETH.
No smart contract is needed: every payout is a plain ETH transfer from the dev wallet, verified by BATTLE (right recipient, right amount, successful) and published with its transaction hash.
Prize terms →- 01Pre-launch weekThe BATTLE token can launch on Pons at any moment. Ranked is live now: trade with your own wallet, climb the ladder, win and lose Battle Points.
- 02The escrow is publicWhen the token is live, every trade of it pays a creator fee that sits unclaimed in the Pons fee escrow, and the pool on the site is that contract's balance. Before launch there is no balance to show.
- 03Standings freezeAt the closing block the standings are frozen, the fees are claimed, and the pool is final.
- 04The splitThe top 10 by season ROI share it: #1 25%, #2 18%, #3 13%, #4 10%, #5 8%, #6 7%, #7 6%, #8 5%, #9 4%, #10 4% — of the fees actually collected, in ETH.
- 05Plain transfersEach payout is an ordinary ETH transfer, verified on-chain for recipient and amount, and published with its hash. No smart contract holds your money.
- 06Season paidOnce every transfer is verified the season is marked paid and stays on the season page forever.
07Fair play
- 01Only trades after you enter count: no cherry-picking a lucky run after the fact.
- 02A gain counts only when the token was bought and sold on a venue holding at least 2 ETH of liquidity, and held at least 60 seconds. A thin pool you can move yourself can't print a win. Losses always count.
- 03Open positions count at the lower of cost or market, so a price pushed up on paper never lifts your ROI: a gain counts once it is sold.
- 04One token can add at most +300% to your Season ROI.
- 05Tokens that leave your wallet without a sale can book a loss, never a gain: bags can't be hidden, or cashed in, elsewhere.
- 06Free or airdropped tokens, and tokens bought for next to nothing, have no cost basis that can score a gain.
- 07Trades under 0.005 ETH don't score, and only 25 trades a day can earn points.
- 08A Pons sale's gain counts at the price that held for 10 minutes after it, so a close shows its final result about that much later: a pump dumped right after your sale is no gain.
- 09Gains made on markets with less than 10 ETH of real liquidity share one +300% cap across all tokens together, so pumping one thin token after another doesn't stack.
- 10Open losses, and tokens moved out of your wallet, are valued at the average price over 3 hours: a short spike can't hide a loss.
- 11Stock-token and USDG trades are booked at the day's conservative price: a sale at the lowest price seen over the past day, a buy at the highest.
- 12Battle Points count one match per token per UTC day, and it is that token's worst close of the day: selling a winner in slices doesn't multiply it.
- 13Multi-wallet abuse, wash trading between your own wallets or exploiting pricing bugs leads to disqualification.
- 14Before any prize is paid the admin reviews wallets that look linked. A wallet whose trades can't be fully indexed before the results are due is set aside rather than ranked on a partial history.
- 15Every disqualification is public: the leaderboard and the profile show the wallet and the reason. Wallets run by the BATTLE team (the admins and the wallet that receives the token's fees) can't enter a season.
