Terms of Service

• A competition, not a financial service. BATTLE never holds, moves or has access to your funds. There are no deposits and no smart contracts of ours. Signing in is a free message signature that cannot move anything.
• Not financial advice. Nothing on the site is investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token, including BATTLE. Leaderboards show past results, which say nothing about future ones.
• Trading is risky. Memecoins and tokenised assets can lose all of their value. You trade at your own risk, with your own wallet, on platforms BATTLE does not run. BATTLE is not affiliated with Robinhood or Pons.
• Entering is free. You never have to pay BATTLE or buy any token to compete, unless a future season states a token-holding requirement before it starts.

• The prize pool of a season is the creator fees earned by the BATTLE token on Pons (the share set for that season, shown on the site), split among the top 10 eligible traders by Season ROI in the published proportions.
• The BATTLE token does not exist yet. Ranked seasons are already live; Season 1's pool is made of the creator fees the token collects from its launch until Season 1 closes. If the token has not launched by then, or collects little in fees, the pool is zero or small. No amount is promised or guaranteed, and nothing on the site should be read as an estimate of future fees, volume or token value.
• Prizes are paid in ETH, from the fee wallet, to the wallet that competed, after the season closes and results are reviewed. Payout transactions are published on the season page. We may delay a payout while a result is under review.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you win, and for being allowed to receive it where you live.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to take part in a competition like this where you live.
• You may not take part if you, or the place you live in, are subject to sanctions, or if local law forbids it. We may refuse a payout where paying would break the law.
• One person, one wallet. Entering several wallets you control, or acting together with others to move a result, is not allowed.
• To be eligible for a prize a wallet must meet the season's thresholds (closed trades, capital used and any token requirement), listed on the Rules page. Only trades made after you enter a season count.

Your result must come from real trades you made with your own money at real market prices. The following are cheating:

• tokens received for free (airdrops, transfers, rewards) counted as gains, or moved around to fake a profit or hide a loss;
• trading between your own wallets or with friends (wash trading), or pumping a thin token and selling into your own buys;
• contracts, pools or tokens deployed to fake trades, prices or payments, and exploiting any pricing or indexing bug;
• anything else meant to produce a result that does not reflect real trading skill.

Trades the scoring can't verify may be left out. We may disqualify a wallet, remove trades or points, or withhold or reassign a prize when we believe the rules were broken, including after the season has ended and before payment. These decisions are made in good faith and are final. Found a bug? Tell us instead of using it.

• Profiles, chat messages and results are public. Don't post scams, links to fake token sales, spam, harassment, other people's personal data or anything illegal.
• Don't pretend to be BATTLE, its team, or anyone else. BATTLE will never DM you first, ask for your seed phrase or private key, or ask you to send funds. There is no presale.
• We may hide content, change a name or handle, and suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms.

• We may change the rules of a future season, the prize split, season dates or these terms. Changes that affect a running season are announced on the site before they take effect, and never reduce what an already closed season's winners are owed from fees already collected.
• The site is provided as is. Indexing can lag, data from the chain or from price sources can be wrong, and the service can be down. To the extent the law allows, BATTLE is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or anything you do based on what the site shows.
• Questions or a dispute about a result: contact the BATTLE team through the public chat, which the team reads and moderates. See also the Privacy page.
